Breusse's Method was invented in Germany by the therapist Rudolf Breusse (1899 - 1990).
By simultaneously stretching, relaxing and gently correcting the spine, the inter-vertebral discs are regenerated.
St. John's Wort oil gently rubbed into the spine area, is also essential in this therapy to moisten dry and weakened discs.
The Breusse's Method has a relaxing and regenerating effect on the entire nervous system and is recommended for those who suffer from chest and lower back pain, tense muscles, discopathy problems, sciatic neuralgia and inter-vertebral disc degeneration.
As the author of the therapy said, "There are no used up inter-vertebral discs, only the degenerated ones, which you can moisten and bring back to life."
