One-day massage course (non-accredited)
Suitable for those, who would like to be able to help their friends and families but not necessary interested in becoming professional therapists.
Previous experience is not a pre-requisite.
A maximum of six people per course is preferable to ensure quality of tuition and plenty of individual attention.
I have completed more than one thousand hours of courses and workshops myself, as well as twelve years of massage experience. And in my opinion, the best way to learn how to massage is to give and receive massage oneself. This is so one can learn the techniques on a practical level, receive feedback from one’s massage partner and also experience oneself how each technique actually feels and works.
Apart from learning useful basic massage techniques for the head and body, you will be introduced to some basic reflexology, relaxation techniques, sports and Chinese massage. I have purposely chosen these additional methods as I regard them to be the most effective of all techniques I have learnt.
Each one-day course lasts approximately 8 hours including a one-hour lunch break. A tasty vegetarian lunch will be provided free of charge.
