I always strive to use only the techniques which are helpful according to the client’s situation. This saves my time, the client’s time and the client's money, and simultaneously the client feels satisfied and this enables him or her to build up trust for the therapist. This trust and respect is what truly matters in my job.

Exercise on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week. You can do: jogging, gym, swimming, biking (be careful, because there is a lot of strain put on your neck and shoulders, when you are sitting on a bike), or simply walking.

Because I never work like a ‘robot’ and always have an individual approach to the client...

A good posture greatly contributes to the wellbeing of individuals, but it is common to find many problems in the posture of people around the world. When a person’s posture is faulty it can give discomfort, pain and disability.
